These are the official rules for the 2025 7s Nationals T-Shirt Design Contest. Deadline for submissions is Monday June 30th, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST.
- To enter fill out the “2025 7s Nationals T-Shirt Contest” Google Form Here: https://forms.gle/cmECBtby83iGdyMT9
- Design may use a maximum of 3 colors
- Make sure to select the club you’re representing
- Designs must have an image (can be .jpg, .png). included to be considered. Please submit a vector image (.EPS / .AI ) as well for printing.
- All text must be created to outlines in vector image.
- All entries due by Monday June 30th 12:00PM CST
- Top 4 designs selected by USACR SCC will compete for the chance to be the official tournament shirt for the 2025 7s National Championships
- Top 4 selected designs will each be assigned a number (1, 2, 3, 4) voters must include their selection’s number and the hashtag #usaclubrugby in order to be considered as an eligible vote. (One vote per account, any votes not on specified post will not count towards vote total). **NOTE** You can vote on this Instagram or Facebook Post (If you vote on Facebook, make sure it’s on the original post, not a shared post – some user settings will not allow us to see shared posts).
- Voting begins Wednesday July 9th 12:00PM CST and Ends Wednesday July 16th 11:59PM CST (Post commenting will be turned off at that time).
- Winner will be announced on Friday July 18th, winner will receive a set of t-shirts for their team with their design. These prizes can either be picked up at the 2025 7s Nationals or shipped to winner following the tournament.
By entering this contest I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years old and I live in a jurisdiction where entering such contest is legal.
I am located in the United States.
I understand there is no cash value for being selected as the winner.
I acknowledge that the submission is my own work.
I acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram / Facebook / Meta.
I acknowledge if my submission is deemed inappropriate by USACR SCC it may be removed from contention in the contest and it is their discretion.
I understand that USACR SCC will not use my design in promotion if I am not selected as a top 3 candidate and / or without prior approval from me (the designer).
I acknowledge I am a willing participant in this contest.
