• Continuing discussions about R&L committee structure to comply with USOPC standards. Working with the three Davids to insure SCC interests are represented.
• Update on WR agreement of Rugby World Cup management due at 6/25 board meeting.

USAR Referee and Laws Committee (RLC) – David Chapman

• David Fee and I had a call with Nick Ricono (USA Rugby Sevens Referee Manager) concerning the 7s Championship in August and referee assignments. Very positive discussion. Nick will send us a draft list of prospective refs at the end of the month and has agreed to work with the 7s Committee on crucial assignments to help alleviate some identified issues.
